  1. Eligibility<\/strong>: If you received an item that is damaged during transit, you are eligible for a refund in the form of a voucher. The voucher will cover the cost of the item as well as your original postage fees. ( Return of the item may not be necessary depending upon condition of item.)<\/li>\n
  2. Claim Process<\/strong>: To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team via the below contact form and provide details about the damaged item.<\/li>\n
  3. Photo Evidence<\/strong>: As part of the claim process, you will need to provide photo evidence of the damage as it arrived. This can be sent via email to admin@noat.com.au<\/span><\/a> with your order no. in the subject field.<\/li>\n
  4. Claim Review<\/strong>: Once your claim and photo evidence have been received, our team will review the information. If your claim is accepted, we will issue a voucher.<\/li>\n
  5. Voucher Issuance<\/strong>: The voucher will be sent to you via email and can be used for future purchases on our website. The value of the voucher will include the cost of the damaged item and any associated postage fees.<\/li>\n
  6. Non-Refundable Items<\/strong>: Please note these toys are 3D printed out of PLA & can be damaged. Any damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.<\/li>\n
  7. As these toys have lots of tiny parts they are Not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless specified on the product page.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  8.     30-Day Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Eligibility<\/strong>: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/li>\n

    4. Voucher\/ Refund Process<\/strong>: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved, a voucher\/ refund will be issued to you for the original purchase price. Any new postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.<\/li>\n
    5. Delays or Issues<\/strong>: If you haven\u2019t received your replacement item within a 2 weeks of receiving your approval email, please contact our customer service.<\/li>\n

      Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n
        • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n
        • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n
        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\nLate or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n

          If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
