Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: If you received an item that is damaged during transit, you are eligible for a refund in the form of a voucher. The voucher will cover the cost of the item as well as your original postage fees. ( Return of the item may not be necessary depending upon condition of item.)
  2. Claim Process: To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team via the below contact form and provide details about the damaged item.
  3. Photo Evidence: As part of the claim process, you will need to provide photo evidence of the damage as it arrived. This can be sent via email to admin@noat.com.au with your order no. in the subject field.
  4. Claim Review: Once your claim and photo evidence have been received, our team will review the information. If your claim is accepted, we will issue a voucher.
  5. Voucher Issuance: The voucher will be sent to you via email and can be used for future purchases on our website. The value of the voucher will include the cost of the damaged item and any associated postage fees.
  6. Non-Refundable Items: Please note these toys are 3D printed out of PLA & can be damaged. Any damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  7. As these toys have lots of tiny parts they are Not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless specified on the product page.
  8. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

Exchange Policy

30-Day Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Shipping: The return address is:
  3. 9 Nelson St. Taree. N.S.W. 2430    The customer is responsible for paying all postage fees associated with the return of items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Voucher/ Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved, a voucher/ refund will be issued to you for the original purchase price. Any new postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.
  5. Delays or Issues: If you haven’t received your replacement item within a 2 weeks of receiving your approval email, please contact our customer service.
  6. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify this exchange policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
